The club aims to support various charitable organisations throughout the year, particularly those in the local area and Eastleigh itself.
Eastleigh Basics Bank is a church based iniative that aims to serve the community and support those who are experiencing financial difficulty and need short term support through the provision of food. As an Eastleigh based branch of the British Sub-Aqua Club, we regularly donate produce, particularly at times of increased need. Historically we have organised a large club based collection before Christmas and presented this along with Advent calendars. The Basics Bank is a vital source of support in Eastleigh and has fed 31,374 people since they first opened in May 2011. In the first eight months of 2022, they had provided food for 2952 people including 1365 children!
