At the AGM all committee members will step down and a new committee voted in. All members are invited.
Committee members can either volunteer or be nominated by other members of the club. It is recommended that proposers ensure that the nominated are willing to take the post before the AGM.
Please give nominations to the committee, in writing or by email, preferably a week before the meeting. Nomination form is enclosed.
It is expected that all members will attend. If you are unable to attend, please send your apologies to the Secretary – Charlotte Griffiths – before the meeting.
